• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition, unwashed, and unused
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Defective or damaged items can be returned immediately

Items not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or altered dress materials
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items without original packaging or tags

Exchange Policy

Exchange:

• Size or color exchanges within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be in original condition
• Exchange is subject to availability

Exchange Process:

• Provide order details and reason for exchange
• Package the item securely with original tags
• We'll arrange pickup and send the replacement

Refund Policy

Refund Timeline:

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
